FAQ

Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Are your payment methods safe & secure?
Yes. Our entire site is SSL encrypted and your information is 100% safe with us.

What's your policy regarding shipping?
We use the Swedish courier PostNord Logistics for both international & domestic shipments. To make things easy for you, we deliver your order straight to your mailbox. We provide free shipping worldwide for all purchases.

What's your policy regarding VAT & customs?
We follow the pre-defined commercial term, Incoterm DAP, set by the International Chamber of Commerce. It basically means you don't have to pay any additional fees when you order within the EU. VAT however is not included for orders from a country outside of the EU and customs duty might occur depending on the terms set by your own country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Do you offer any warranty?
Nibello Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one year after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized dealer.

Are the watches waterproof?
All our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. The watches, however, can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.

How do i adjust the size of the mesh band?
To adjust the length of the Mesh strap you simply need to turn the strap to the back, take a small tool such as a fork and use it to lift open the clasp through the small gap in it. You will then be able to easily slide the clasp up and down the mesh strap to your required length. Then simply push the clasp back down to secure it in place.

How do i replace my watch strap?
To be sure that you don't damage or scratch your watch, you will need to take your new strap and timepiece to your local jeweller or watch repairer to swap over the old for the new one.
